This is in reference to the Master Coding IT text books mentioned in the booklist for Classes III to VIIIà

The payment of ₹ 900/-for above mentioned books will be accepted through the Campus Care portal. The payment portal will be activated from Saturday 1^st April 2023. The last date for submission is Friday, 21^st April 2023.

 Step 1:  Log on to Campus care portal via parent ID

 Step 2: Click on “Personal” Tab (On the left-hand side of the screen)

 Step 3: Click on “Event Participation”

 Step 4: Check the boxes which are applicable & make the payment.

CIRCULAR FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

The yearly all round success of this institution, supplemented by the role of parents, guardians as well as well-wishers, is the testimony of maintaining ongoing progressive educational practices, in a congenial environment for betterment of the future of the student.

For the purpose of achieving these objectives for their wards, the role of parents and guardians is all the more important. However, it is also necessary for the annual restructuring of school fees to cover and make up the ever-escalating costs incurred by the institution. This is affected by way of meeting, apart from recurring establishment costs, compulsory statutory financial obligations like regular increases in payment of salaries of teachers and other staff at par with the State Government. The school’s ancillary expenses and creation of reserve fund for development purpose as mandated by the CBSE Bye-Laws, is sine qua non to fulfill the aforesaid objectives.

This is not unique for any individual educational institution of repute but universally applicable.

With these facts and circumstances in view, it becomes imperative to restructure the school fees periodically; which is considered absolutely necessary and appropriate. Kindly inform the accounts office if you wish to pay the fees through ECS mode of payment, which is optional for the session 2023-2024. However, ECS mode will be mandatory from the session 2024 - 2025.

We are reaching the end of the academic year and will be capturing the memories of this session by having a class photograph on the days mentioned below:

We would like to remind you that all students must be neatly dressed in their complete school uniform for the class photograph. Please ensure that your ward has a proper haircut done.

CLASSES NURSERY TO IX

 Dear Parents,

We are approaching the end of this academic session and will like to apprise you about the important events in the month of March 2023.

Classes I to IX

Dear Parents,

Kindly note the dates for the Final Term Assessments:

!Classes III to V – Monday, 20^th February 2023 to Tuesday, 28^th February 2023.

!Classes VI to IX – Friday, 17^th February 2023 to Friday, 3^rd March 2023.

Dispersal for students of Classes I to IX will be at 12:30 p.m. in lieu of the final assessments from Monday 20th February 2023 till Friday 3rd March 2023.

From Monday, 6th March 2023 students will attend school at normal time to attend the Bridge Course for smooth transition to the next higher class and for the rehearsal of the Annual Concert.

Term Break from Monday, 27th March 2023. 

New Session from Monday, 3rd April 2023

After-school activities for Classes III to IX will remain suspended until further notice.

Kindly find the schedule of 2nd Level Spell Bee & Handwriting competition for Class I – IX.

Exam Room: In the respective classes

Date: Tuesday, 10th January 2023

Time: 12:30 pm – 1 pm

Those students who have registered for both the exams will appear Spell Bee first followed by the Handwriting Competition. Please carry your own set of stationery to answer the exam.
