Dear Parents,
On the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan we are inviting under privileged children from a NGO IPER ,Kolkata to instill the values of sharing and empathy amongst our pupils.
We would like your cooperation to convert this into a joyous occasion by sending the following items to your ward’s class teacher by 17th August 2018 so that the students could share these with their new friends and spread happiness.

1. Classes I and II- One packet of 10 pencils (which includes an eraser and sharpener)
2 KG - One single line exercise book
3. Nursery - One packet of biscuits (worth 20 rupees)

Orientation Programme

Dear Parents,

We have organized an Orientation Programme to apprise you with the rules and regulations of Birla High School-Mukundapur on 21st April 2018, Saturday.
Please make it convenient to attend the orientation programme on the above mentioned date and stipulated time as mentioned against the class. Kindly submit the articles given below to your ward’s class teacher on this date:

First Day Circular

We are pleased to announce that the new Academic Session 2018-19 commences from 20th April 2018. 
Students are supposed to bring the following on the first day of school:-
Nursery - A set of spare dress, tiffin along with a napkin, spoon and water-bottle.
KG - A set of spare dress, tiffin along with a napkin, spoon and water-bottle also a fruit for the short break.
Classes I and II - The following to be brought—

• English Reader
• Maths Text Book and 1 checkered note book
• Vernacular Reader
• Pencil Box
• Lunch Box, napkin, spoon/fork and water-bottle
• 1 fruit for the short break
• Rough note book

Transport Circular

Parents seeking transport facility kindly download the form by clicking on the 'DOWNLOAD' . Read it carefully and submit along with the cheque after duly filling it at Birla High School, 1 Moira Street on the following dates and stipulated time:--

6^th April 2018, Friday , 7^th April 2018, Saturday , 9^th April 2018, Monday - From 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
