CIRCULAR FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

The annual restructuring of the fees is necessitated by the ever increasing cost incurred by the institution.  The factors that affect this increase, besides ever increasing developmental and establishment costs, also entail compulsory statutory financial obligations of salary hikes of employees at par with the State Government.  This is something which is not unique to an institution but universally acceptable for achieving the school’s objective and developmental goals.

Class Nursery to Class IX

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that the school is organizing the second level of the ‘Wiz National Spell Bee Competition’, Handwriting contest and Activity contest which will be conducted in school by English Wizard Foundation on Tuesday, 12^th March, 2024. 

Please note that participation in the above-mentioned competition is optional for the shortlisted candidates. Click here to view the name list of the eligible candidates

For Nursery & KG 

Activities Contest – Rs 500/- 

For Class I - X

Ø  Spell Bee – Rs 250/-

Ø  Handwriting Competition - Rs 500/-

Please note the following:-

·       Appearing for any of the above-mentioned Competition / Contest is OPTIONAL.

·       Time of the examination / contest will be informed closer to the date of the examination.

·       Registration will begin from Sunday 25^th February, 2024 and will continue till Sunday 3^rd March, 2024.

·       The charges include the cost of Exam Registration and Study Materials

·       Payment Process:

Payment will be collected online only through the process mentioned below:-

Ø  Please make the payment through UPI.

Ø  Click on the QR code for payment.

Ø  After the payment is made please share the screenshot of the payment and the scanned copy of the Registration form in 9831968613 failing which registration cannot be done.

Ø  Any payment and registration form received after March 3^rd, 2024 will not be considered.

Classes I to IX

Dear Parents,

Kindly note the dates for the Final Term Assessments:

!Classes III to V – Monday, 26^th February 2024 to Tuesday, 5^th March 2024.

!Classes VI to IX – Wednesday, 21^st February 2024 to Wednesday, 6^th March 2024

Dispersal for students of Classes I to IX will be at 12:30 p.m. in lieu of the final assessments from Wednesday, 21^st February 2024 till Wednesday, 6^th March 2024.

From Thursday, 7^th March 2024 onwards, students will attend school at normal time to attend the Bridge Course for smooth transition to the next higher class and for the rehearsal of the Annual Concert.

The last day for after-school activities for Classes III to IX will be Tuesday, 20^th February 2024. The same will remain suspended from Thursday, 22^nd February 2024 until further notice.

This year we will be celebrating Saraswati Puja (Basant Panchami) in School on Wednesday, 14th February 2024.

Students from Classes VII to X inclusive of the Student Council are welcome to join the celebration in the school’s Prayer Hall.

Students may come to school in their ethnic attire.

• Time for the Puja: 9:00 a.m.
