This is to inform you that Induslnd Bank Limited is organizing a Flag Making Competition in school on 13th August’19.

All students from Class I to VI will participate in this competition. Students have already been briefed about the same.

The following material will be provided by the school-

i. Quarter sheet white Chart Paper.

ii. Orange and green Marble Paper.

iii. White Paper

Please note that if students want to use any material other than the above, he/she may bring the same from home.

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that the students of Classes II, III ,IV, V & VI will be taken to watch the movie Lion King at INOX ,Highland Park on Thursday 8th August 2019 during school hours- 8:45am- 11:30am. Each student is requested to bring Rs 100/ towards the cost of the ticket in an envelope and hand it over to the Class Teacher by Monday 5th August 2019.

Please send exact amount.

The name, class, section should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.

Note: Students will not be allowed to purchase any refreshments at the theatre.

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that the school is organizing the first level of the ‘Wiz National Spell Bee Competition’ to be conducted in school by English Wizard Foundation on Tuesday 24th September 2019. Please note that participation in the above mentioned competition is optional. If you would like your ward to participate, kindly fill in the Form provided and submit the same along with Rs.100/- (in a labelled envelope) to your ward’s class teacher on Friday 16th August 2019.

A booklet will be handed over to the participating students to help them prepare for the competition.

As you are aware a workshop on parenting entitled “CHILDHOOD ISSUES : RED FLAGS WITH INTERVENTION” has been organized in school and is scheduled to be held on Saturday 3rd August 2019. We have received an overwhelming response from parents and we are forced to hold the above on two days to be able accommodate all interested parents. Please note that Nursery and KG parents will attend the workshop on Saturday 10th August 2019 from 9a.m. to 11a.m. instead of Saturday 3rd August 2019.

On the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan and Independence Day we have invited under privileged children from the NGO, Institute of Psychological and Educational Research (IPER) Kolkata, to our school on 15th August’19. CIRCULAR

Dear Parents,

We are happy to inform you that on a request from some of you, we have organized a workshop for parents entitled “CHILDHOOD ISSUES : RED FLAGS WITH INTERVENTION”. This workshop will help parents to acquaint themselves with Parenting Strategies. The workshop is scheduled for 3rd August’19 (Saturday) from 9a.m. to 11a.m for parents of Classes I -VI and 10th August 2019 (Saturday) for parents of Nursery and KG in the school AVR. It will be conducted by Counselors and Psychologists from Caring Minds, the Psychological Wellness Centre. We request both parents to attend. However since we have limited seats , we will only be able to accommodate the first 300 parents who enroll.

Please  download the consent form, fill it and submit the same to your ward’s class teacher at the earliest.

Please note that this workshop is for parents only and students will not be allowed to attend.

This is to inform you that all students from Classes I-VI will participate in the Science and Maths Olympiad organized by Science Olympiad Foundation scheduled to be held on Thursday, 21^st November 2019 and Tuesday, 17^th December 2019 respectively. You will be happy to know that the students will not be charged registration fee as the school will bear the expenses.

We would like our pupils to be prepared and perform well in the Olympiad and hence they need to be acquainted with the kind of questions that will be set by the foundation. Kindly click on this link— http://www.sofworld.org/  for sample question papers.

The Science Olympiad Foundation has also published sample booklets for the students to practice. Parents who are interested in purchasing the sample booklets kindly send a sum of Rs.230 only in an envelope to your ward’s class teacher on 17^th June 2019.
