CIRCULAR FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS 

The annual restructuring of the fees is necessitated by the ever-increasing cost incurred by the institution.  The factors that affect this increase, besides ever increasing developmental and establishment costs, also entail compulsory statutory financial obligations. This is something which is not unique to an institution but universally acceptable for achieving the school’s objective and developmental goals.

Keeping the ibid compulsions and circumstances in view and there is an imperative requirement of re-structuring the school fees at an appropriate level.  Viewing all aspects, the total fees of the school has been increased by 8% for the academic session 2025-26.  We request your kind co-operation in our partnership to provide the best to our students.  The fees structure is available on the links appended below:-

We will be celebrating the Founder’s Day of our school on Monday, 16^th December 2024.  Like each year, we are hosting SPELLYMPIC 2024, our Inter-School Spelling and Word Building Competition.  Please find attached the Invitation Card for the event.

ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2024-25

Dear Parent,

We are pleased to inform that your ward will be participating in the Annual Sports Meet 2024-25 to be held on Friday, 13^th December 2024 and Saturday, 14^th December 2024.

The details are appended below:

On Friday, 13^th December 2024

• Nursery & KG: 9:00 a.m.
• Classes III-V: 11:30 a.m. 

On Saturday, 14^th December 2024

• Classes I & II: 9:00 a.m.
• Classes VI-XI: 11:30 a.m.

Please Note

• Reporting Time:

o    8:00 a.m. for the event beginning at 9:00 a.m.

o    10:30 a.m. for the event beginning at 11:30 a.m.

o    ON DUTY students to report according to the time given to them.

• Dispersal for Nursery to V will be against ID cards.
• Attendance on the above-mentioned days is mandatory.
• Classes VI to XI must wear their PE uniform and black sports shorts during their races.
• Uniform- Students must be wearing neat uniform and should have a proper haircut done.

Parent Teacher Meeting

Dear Parents,

Please be informed that Parent -Teacher Meeting for Lower Nursery to Class XI is scheduled on Saturday, 30^thNovember 2024 from 8 a.m.onwards.

Please make it convenient to attend the PTM on the above-mentioned date and the stipulated time as mentioned by your ward’s respective ClassTeacher. The student will accompany his/her parent in school uniform at the stipulated time. Attendance for students is mandatory.

We request you to utilize this opportunity and have a crisp and short meeting with the teachers to interact about the academic performanceof your child. In order to facilitate all parents to get an opportunity to interact with teachers, you are kindly requested to refrain from exceeding the timelimitof 5minutesgiven toyou.

Dear Parents,

We are hosting our Third Inter-School Cultural and Innovation Fest, Kaleidoscope 2024 on Monday, 30^th September and Tuesday, 1^st October 2024.

Kaleidoscope 2024, will provide a platform for the students of Classes VI to X to nurture their potential resulting in the confluence of art and innovation.

The attendance of the following students is mandatory.

·           All the participants

·       Class Representatives of classes VI-XI

·       Student Council Members

Transport service will be available and the reporting and dispersal time for the above-mentioned students will be normal school timing.

Please note that classes will remain suspended on the above- mentioned dates for all the students of classes Lower Nursery to V and the non-participants of classes VI to XI, to enable the students and teachers to participate in all the activities.

Please note that in lieu of the above-mentioned dates, we are going to have regular school on Saturday, 23^rd November 2024 and Saturday, 7^th December 2024.

Transport service will be available on the above-mentioned Saturdays.
