ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2024-25
Dear Parent,
We are pleased to inform that your ward will be participating in the Annual Sports Meet 2024-25 to be held on Friday, 13th December 2024 and Saturday, 14th December 2024.
The details are appended below:
On Friday, 13th December 2024
- Nursery & KG: 9:00 a.m.
- Classes III-V: 11:30 a.m.
On Saturday, 14th December 2024
- Classes I & II: 9:00 a.m.
- Classes VI-XI: 11:30 a.m.
Please Note
- Reporting Time:
o 8:00 a.m. for the event beginning at 9:00 a.m.
o 10:30 a.m. for the event beginning at 11:30 a.m.
o ON DUTY students to report according to the time given to them.
- Dispersal for Nursery to V will be against ID cards.
- Attendance on the above-mentioned days is mandatory.
- Classes VI to XI must wear their PE uniform and black sports shorts during their races.
- Uniform- Students must be wearing neat uniform and should have a proper haircut done.
