Working Saturday

Dear Parents

On Tuesday 27th August 2024, all classes from Lower Nursery to Class XI have been suspended. In lieu of this suspension , Saturday 31st August 2024 will be a working Saturday. On this day, Tuesday's time-table will be followed for Lower Nursery to Class II and Tuesday's Exam will be held for Classes III to XI.

Classes I to IX

Dear Parents,

Kindly note the dates for the First Term Theory Assessments:

!Classes III to V – Tuesday, 20^th August 2024 to Thursday, 29^th August 2024.

!Classes VI to XI – Tuesday, 20^th August 2024 to Wednesday, 4^th September 2024

Dispersal for students of Classes I to XI will be at 12:30 p.m. in lieu of the First Term Assessments from Tuesday, 20^th August 2024 till Wednesday, 4^th September 2024.

From Thursday, 5^th September 2024 onwards, students will attend school at normal time. 

The last day for after-school  activities will be Friday, 16^th August 2024. The same will remain suspended from Tuesday, 20^th August 2024 to Wednesday, 4^th September 2024. Classes for after-school activities will resume from Thursday 5^th September 2024.

Parent Teacher Meeting

Dear Parents

Please be informed that Parent -Teacher Meeting for Lower Nursery upwards is scheduled on Saturday, 20^th July 2024 from 8 a.m. onwards.

Please make it convenient to attend the PTM on the above-mentioned date and the stipulated time as mentioned by your ward’s respective Class Teacher.

We request you to utilize this opportunity and have a crisp and short meeting with the teachers to interact about the academic performance of your child. In order to facilitate all parents to get an opportunity to interact with teachers, you are kindly requested to refrain from exceeding the time limit of 5 minutes given to you.

Kindly visit the Book Fair which has been organized on the same day in Compound 1.

E NACH REGISTRATION

Dear Parents,

As mentioned earlier, you are hereby reminded that from July, 2024, all fee payments will be through the ECS mode.

An earlier Circular No. BHSM/CIR 24-25/002 dated 03/04/2024 and Circular No. BHSM/CIR 23-24/024 dated 16/11/2023 have been put up on the website with all necessary details.

You are requested to kindly start the process for the same to avoid unnecessary delays and penalties. Please download the attachment and follow the steps to enroll for the ECS Mode of payment. It has the option of both Monthly & Quarterly mode of payment. Kindly enroll by Friday, 31^st May, 2024. Kindly take note that the registration can only be done through the laptop / desktop and not through the mobile phone.

Dear Parents

Due to the prevailing hear conditions the following adjustments have been made to the class schedule effective from Monday 22nd April 2024 till further notice--

• Lower Nursery and Upper Nursery Classes will remain suspended till further notice.
• Classes for students from Lower Kg to Class V will be conducted online through Google Classroom. The timings and time-table will be shared shortly.
• Classes for students of VI upwards will continue as normal (physical Mode) with truncated timing from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Transport services will be available. Modified routine will be shared by the Class Teachers.

The annual restructuring of the fees is necessitated by the ever increasing cost incurred by the institution.  The factors that affect this increase, besides ever increasing developmental and establishment costs, also entail compulsory statutory financial obligations of salary hikes of employees at par with the State Government.  This is something which is not unique to an institution but universally acceptable for achieving the school’s objective and developmental goals.
