Dear Parents,

Keeping in mind the feedback given by parents regarding the P.T. uniform we have decided to alter the same.

Please note that the new P.T. uniform for both boys and girls will be as follows :

House coloured school prescribed T shirt and black school prescribed track pant.

This change will come into effect on and from the Annual Sport Meet of the school , which is scheduled for 1 st February 2020.

CLASS – I TO VI

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that students from Class – III to Class – VI will be having their Half Yearly Assessments from Monday 2^nd September 2019 to Thursday 12^th September 2019.

 Please note the school timings from 2^nd September to 12^th September 2019.

All students will report to school at the usual time.

 Dispersal will be at 12:30 p.m. for all students from Nursery to Class – VI.

School buses will also leave the school at 12:30 p.m.

Regular timings will be followed from Friday 13^th September 2019.

However, in case any student needs to take leave due to unavoidable circumstances, prior permission of the Headmistress/Principal has to be taken. Parents need to make a written application to the Headmistress/Principal. Depending on the merit of the case, the leave may either be sanctioned or refused. Parents are requested to comply with the decision of the school.

This is to inform you that Induslnd Bank Limited is organizing a Flag Making Competition in school on 13th August’19.

All students from Class I to VI will participate in this competition. Students have already been briefed about the same.

The following material will be provided by the school-

i. Quarter sheet white Chart Paper.

ii. Orange and green Marble Paper.

iii. White Paper

Please note that if students want to use any material other than the above, he/she may bring the same from home.

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that the students of Classes II, III ,IV, V & VI will be taken to watch the movie Lion King at INOX ,Highland Park on Thursday 8th August 2019 during school hours- 8:45am- 11:30am. Each student is requested to bring Rs 100/ towards the cost of the ticket in an envelope and hand it over to the Class Teacher by Monday 5th August 2019.

Please send exact amount.

The name, class, section should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.

Note: Students will not be allowed to purchase any refreshments at the theatre.

This is to inform you that the school is organizing the first level of the ‘Wiz National Spell Bee Competition’ to be conducted in school by English Wizard Foundation on Tuesday 24th September 2019. Please note that participation in the above mentioned competition is optional. If you would like your ward to participate, kindly fill in the Form provided and submit the same along with Rs.100/- (in a labelled envelope) to your ward’s class teacher on Friday 16th August 2019.

A booklet will be handed over to the participating students to help them prepare for the competition.

As you are aware a workshop on parenting entitled “CHILDHOOD ISSUES : RED FLAGS WITH INTERVENTION” has been organized in school and is scheduled to be held on Saturday 3rd August 2019. We have received an overwhelming response from parents and we are forced to hold the above on two days to be able accommodate all interested parents. Please note that Nursery and KG parents will attend the workshop on Saturday 10th August 2019 from 9a.m. to 11a.m. instead of Saturday 3rd August 2019.

CIRCULAR

Dear Parents,

We are happy to inform you that on a request from some of you, we have organized a workshop for parents entitled “CHILDHOOD ISSUES : RED FLAGS WITH INTERVENTION”. This workshop will help parents to acquaint themselves with Parenting Strategies. The workshop is scheduled for 3rd August’19 (Saturday) from 9a.m. to 11a.m for parents of Classes I -VI and 10th August 2019 (Saturday) for parents of Nursery and KG in the school AVR. It will be conducted by Counselors and Psychologists from Caring Minds, the Psychological Wellness Centre. We request both parents to attend. However since we have limited seats , we will only be able to accommodate the first 300 parents who enroll.

Please  download the consent form, fill it and submit the same to your ward’s class teacher at the earliest.

Please note that this workshop is for parents only and students will not be allowed to attend.
