Dear Parents,
Greetings from Birla High School – Mukundapur!
Due to increasing cases of Measles and Rubella in our country the state health department with consent from World Health Organisation (WHO) has initiated a Measles Rubella Vaccination drive (MRV) from the third week of November with an aim to vaccinate 2.5 crore children in two months. The vaccine will be administered free of cost to all children aged between 9 months to 15 years across the state by the help of local Council.
The vaccination drive will be conducted in the school premises. The date and time will be shared with you in due course.
We request you to give consent for your ward to receive free vaccination by filling-in the details in the Google Consent Form Link provided below. Kindly furnish the required details by Wednesday 30th November 2022.
