Dear Parents,

We are happy to inform you that on a request from some of you, we have organized a workshop for parents entitled “NURTURE YOUR GROWERS WITH MIND DETOX PROGRAMME”. It will be conducted by psychologists and paediatricians from Mavie Care; a psychological wellness centre.

The  workshop  which  is  scheduled  for  Saturday  22^nd  February 2020  from 9:30-11:30 a.m.  will address childhood and early adolescence issues and will provide parents with strategies to deal with screen addiction of their children.

We request both parents to attend.  Since we have limited seats, we will only be able to accommodate the first 300 parents who enrol. Please download the consent form by clicking here, fill it and submit the same to your ward’s class teacher at the earliest.

Please note that this workshop is for parents only and students will not be allowed to attend.

Dear Parents,

To discuss and apprise you about your ward’s progress, you are requested to attend the Parent –Teacher Meeting which will be held in school on Saturday, 18th January 2020. We expect all parents to attend. Parents are requested to maintain the time slots given to them by their ward’s class teacher. The student will accompany his/her parent in school uniform at the stipulated time.

Kindly visit the Book Fair which has been organized on the same day in the compound.

Dear Parents,

Further to our circular No. BHSM/CIR 19-20/029 dated 6^th January 2020, this is to inform you that the event – “Welcome to My School” celebrating the bond between grandparent and grandchild, will be held on Saturday 25^th January 2020. Timing will be notified closer to the event.

The filled up consent form must reach the class teacher by Monday 13^th January 2020. We regret that we will not be able to accommodate participants who have not done so by this date.

The student will accompany his/her grandparent to the school on the date of the event that is Saturday 25^th January 2020. Parents will not be allowed to accompany the grandparent.

CLASS – II,III,IV,V & VI

Dear Parents,

Further to our notice Number: BHSM/CIR 19-20/026 dated 2^nd December 2019 with regard to the school picnic, please note that on Friday 13^th December 2019, students are to reach the school at normal school time i.e. 8 a.m. Dispersal from school will be at 4 p.m.

Students who avail of the school bus will be picked up at their usual time from their respective stoppages and school buses will leave at 4 p.m. from the school premises.

PARENTS OF CLASS–I STUDENTS

You will be happy to know that a Picnic has been organized for students of Class-I in the school premises on Friday, 13^th December, 2019.

Students will come to school according to their regular schedule.  However, they will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m.

Please note that on Friday, 13^th December, 2019, students may come to school in coloured dress and they need not bring their books.

CLASS – II,III,IV,V & VI

Dear Parents,

 You will be happy to know that the students of classes II, III, IV, V & VI will be taken for a picnic to “GOLDEN GLOW,JAINPUR” on Friday 13^th December 2019.

 You are requested to pay through online mode (*process mentioned below) Rs. 500/- towards the cost of transport and food and send a copy of the online payment receipt along with the signed consent form to your ward’s class teacher by Thursday  5^th December 2019.

 *The payment process is mentioned below:

 Step 1 :  Log on to Campus care portal via parent ID

 Step 2 : Click on “Personal” Tab (On the left hand side of the screen)

Step 3 : Click on “Event Participant”

Step 4 :  Please click the Event “Annual School Picnic 2019”  &  make the payment.

Students are required to carry their water bottles and sun caps. They must be dressed in comfortable clothing and wear sneakers.

Kindly note that your ward must report to school on Friday, 13^th December 2019 at 7:30 a.m. Dispersal will be at 4 p.m.

Our school will host “SPELLYMPIC 2019” an Inter-School Spelling & Word Building Contest on Friday, 6^th December 2019.

Students of classes IV, V and VI of reputed schools of the city will participate in the same.

This is to inform you that classes will remain suspended for students of Nursery, KG, Class I & II on Friday, 6^th December 2019.

CLASS IV,V,VI

Dear Parents,

International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) is organizing the “Young Chef Indian Schools 2020” – a cooking competition for students between 9 years and 13 years.

Students who wish to participate in the competition are to cook a dish and bring it to school on Monday, 4th November 2019.

He or she should also bring a serving dish to present the same.

Students who qualify in this preliminary round will participate in the next round, which will be held at the IIHM Campus (Sector – V, Salt Lake) sometime next week, where students will need to cook by themselves.

If your ward wants to participate in the competition, please write to his/her class teacher on Campus Care by 1st November 2019, Friday 6 p.m.
